To commemorate one of the first public readings of the Declaration of Independence on July 8, 1776 in Trenton, NJ (the other two were in Philadelphia and Easton PA on that date), the Kiwanis Club of Trenton and the City of Trenton present Heritage Weekend in the Capital City.

It’s four days of patriotic and fun activities starting July 4 and culminating at a reading of the Declaration at the Winds of Change mural on July 8 at noon.
