As one of our many America 250th anniversary events, learn the role women played as horticulturists and healers in early America. Discover the importance of gardens in early America through Lesley’s pictures, presentation, and unique teaching style. This is a lecture-style event with a Q&A session at the end. Guests will also have time to wander the herb and formal gardens after the light refreshments are served.
